i just started a new job on a production line and 2 inches above my wrist are getting strained and swelling a lil bit how can i relieve pain

This sounds weird but it sure helped when I had tendinitis. Pour about 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol in a container that you can soak your hand/ wrist in- add water as warm as you can tolerate and soak your wrist until the water cools off. I had a doctor tell me to try it. It helped alleviate the pain. You may need you buy wrist support braces for weak wrists and wear for part of your shift.

You can use some ointment to apply on the wrist. You can also take some pain killers and see if it does the trick. If the pain does not seize, you can then go and see a doctor.

havent tried ointment yet but took two ibuprofens still didnt help ty for your answer

you can also put some ice on it to make the swelling go down!!
