I can't fall a sleep easily and I'm a very busy person and I need my sleep what should I do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are there any good easy ways to fall asleep easily? can you please write PLEASE!!!!?!!!

well, you could try laying in bed and closing your eyes, then take deep breaths, once your relaxed, imagine a balloon is attached to your body, starting at the toes, breathe in and imagine the balloon filling up with air, exhale and the balloon deflates, keep repeating and do it a balloon for each toe, then up to ankles, calfs, thighs etc... hope this helped :)
