Fruits like strawberries or Grapes. Cellery, carrots. Basically Anything that grows out of the ground or is grown at a farm is healthy and you can get all of these healthy snacks at your local store, Also fruit salad is good too. Yummy Yummy
you need small snacks that can doesn't contain too much fat or sugar. sometimes if i get hungry between meals i eat a small apple or a handful of crackers. i try to limit myself so im not too full when its meal time. and if it's only a couple of minutes to half hour before a meal i usually try to hold it.
A banana and a handful of nuts or shelled pumpkin seeds is very satisfying & easy to eat. A tub of Greek yogurt is delciously creamy and low in calories. Kind makes fruit/nut bars that are filling & relatively low calorie. Left over popcorn is also a fun and filling snack.
