Does anyone know how to tell if you're getting Dark Eye Syndrome?

So I guess Dark Eye Syndrome is where you have dark circles under your eyes all the time but I'm not sure exactly how to tell if you have it. I was told by sombody I look like I might have it because my dark circles never go away; sleepy or not. Does anyone know the symptoms of the "Dark Eye Syndrome"?

You can tell if you have a dark eye syndrome if you are lacking sleep, allergies, nasal congestion, and sun exposure as well as thinning skin. There are two causes of dark eye syndrome and they include hyper pigmentation and hyper circulation. These causes are usually hereditary conditions.
