After I wash my hair it is very shiny moist and curly. After sleeping it is very straight,dry. It comes below my ears

the back curls up but the sides are straight down over my ears

Your hair becomes shiny and curly due to the water effect which makes it wet. The hair becomes straight and dry because no more moisture is holding the hair together. This happens to all animals with hair or fur.

The sides are straighter because you slept on them, your warm heavy head pressed them like an iron.
