When you buy Draw Something for $1.99 does it come with all the colors? what all does it come with?

The info for it in the Google Play Store doesn't say it comes with extra colors. It comes with 2500 different words to draw, 200 free coins (which you could probably use to purchase colors) and 5 free bombs. It's also ad-free.
