Why do lots of people have the username copa.......?

the ......= the random numbers behind them. why do people use that name? I see it all over on ask. Thanx! ;))

There under 13 & they posted question/comment/answer either one of those saying there age 12 & below mods see it & delete there account then it's becomes a Copa

It means they are underage of 13 and there account is in the process of being terminated...so if you see a kid under 13 on here..yell COPA
