I just got my ears double pierced... How do I take care of them?

Wash them mentally when in the shower and antibiotic cream for the first few days. Be sure to turn them regularly and if they seem to drain a bit, rinse them with sterile water.

To care for your ears, you will be required to use methylated spirit to dub on the ears. This is meant to remove any bacteria and prevent infections.
