The only real thing that is for sure to work is time. Sooner or later you will it just will take time so try to occupy yourself with different things, or hang out with your best friends it will help trust me :)
Find something that you love to do and gather up a few friends to go do it with you. It's the best way to keep your mind off of the break up and you'll be creating some great memories with friends while you do it!

I agree with the advice to go out with your friends. You have to rebuild your sense of trust and they are the best people to do that with.
Be aware that you're going to be extra sensitive on issues of trust because of the breakup experience and before you explode at your friends, take some deep breaths, count to 10 and tell yourself you're just being overly sensitive. That should help you get back into the frame of mind you had before the relationship and also put other things in a clearer perspective.
