Sweets and carbs are your biggest enemy. Absolute worst thing is soda pop, it'll make you fat and diabetic. Avoid desserts, pasta, breads, potatoes. Avoid fried foods. Eat plenty of proteins, lots of veges, lots of water, and some healthy fats, like avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, and sm amounts of real butter. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Get enough sleep. Take digestive enzymes with meals (keeps the bloat away). If you absolutely must have something sweet, eat fresh whole fruit (not juice), or one square of dark dark chocolate.
