what's parsley? some kind of vegetable? and if it is a vegetable then i'm not eating it because veggies make me sick
Report as
It's an herb. When you go to a fancy restaurant it's the sprig of green leafy stuff. It is a natural breath cleanser.
Report as
You shouldn't eat food because it tastes good dude. The key to not being fat and unhealthy is eating good foods, whether they taste bad or not.(ps, this is not about parsley so no one say oh, its not a vegetable)

People with tonsils sometimes get food caught. Use a waterpick (on the lowest setting) to dislodge stuff caught between the tonsils and the back outside wall of the throat.

Are you sure your breath really smells as bad as you think? I have heard people say that sometimes bad breath is a sign digestive problems. Like the foods you eat and how often you doo-doo. Generally I would think brushing your teeth and rinsing with mouthwash or baking soda will help. It could possibly come from dry mouth.

Do you have dry mouth also? Many people who suffer from chronic dry mouth also struggle with bad breath, because saliva helps flush away the bacteria in our mouths. This is why you should also drink plenty of water. Do you eat a high-protein, low-carb diet? This will also effect your breath, because your body is in a state of ketosis, when your body is burning its own fat. If you don't floss regularly, start doing so now, because trapped bits of food, especially proteins, can sit and rot, causing odor. Oh, and please don't simply brush your teeth harder, as this will just damage your gums and wear down your enamel, but DO brush your tongue, especially the back part. You can also start taking parsley capsules and try a product line such as Biotene, which addresses dry mouth and bad breath. As a last resort, go in for a check up, since many conditions effect the digestion, causing bad breath.

Try chewing on mint-flavored gum and sucking mint. Also try brushing your tongue and the top of your mouth.Remember, brush after EVERY meal. I don't understand why brush before your meal, it wastes toothpaste and cleans your teeth right before getting them dirty. It's like taking a bath before playing in mud.So that's not necessary.

I found this on line. Herbs such as Parsley, Mint, Tarragon, and Basil, and coriander, spearmint, tarragon, eucalyptus, rosemary and cardamom. Green Tea. reduces bad breath, because of its disinfectant and deodorant activities." Lemons, Crisp Fruits and Vegetables such as apples, celery, and carrots, Also, the rough, fibrous texture of fruits and vegetables can also have a cleaning action on your teeth. Yogurt can act to prevent bad breath. It won't work immediately, but if you eat a single-serving cup of plain yogurt without any sugar added every day, you will be able to reduce the levels of hydrogen sulfide in your mouth. Berries, Melons, and Citrus Fruits are rich in vitamin C will scare away much of the bacteria in your mouth that are a source of your bad breath by creating an environment in which the bacteria do not want to live. Anise, Cardamom, Coriander, Mint Sprigs, and Fennel Seeds are all very potent, spicy, pleasant smelling. Cinnamon Sticks contain an essential oil that kills, bacteria

you should brush your teeth with a mixture of baking soda and peroxide. Make sure to use a tongue scraper after you brush to get rid of extra stuff that is stuck on your tongue. And last but not least, finish up by making a mixture of equal parts of peroxide and water and gargle for 10 seconds after brushing. Hope this helps * the parsley really works too*

This is a prescription drug used to treat Dysentery, Intestinal amoebiasis, Hepatic amoe biasis, giardiasis, trichomonal vagnitis, bacterial vaginosis. This is not something you can or should just go out and get. You must see a doctor and have a diagnosis that would indicate that this medication should be prescribed.

There is a book entitled: The Cure Is In The Cupboard. This book can be found in the library.
It is so profound that I purchased it and additional copies for family. It answers your Question as well as the solution to sinus problems, spider bites, losing a toenail, shingles, and many other bacteria caused problems.
Specifically, the answer to your problem is: Oil of Oregano. However, the source must come from the Mediterranean area (Spain, Greece, Turkey...)
It works immediatley, but it does not hide garlic odor, cigarette, or anything else other than bacteria. One drop in your mouth, salivate and swallow.
Remember, Mediterranean sourced only. Most worthy health stores carry Oil ofOregano.

You've got to brush and floss. You've got to brush your tongue or use a tongue scraper because food can sit in the taste buds and decay and smell. You need to avoid eating smelly foods--onion, garlic, coffee--anything that people complain about when they say your breath is bad. Get dental checkups every 6 months. Rinse your mouth after eating. If it persists, see your doctor to see if you have some sort of chronic infection in your throat or nose. There are lots of different kinds of rinses, just keep trying.

Get rid of bad breath with natural home remedies that keep your mouth moist to prevent bad breath caused by a dry mouth. Natural cures like drinking at least eight glasses of water throughout the day and eating sugar-free mints or lozenges will stimulate your saliva to wash away bacteria and bits of food that can lead to halitosis.Promote regular bowel movements since digestive problems like constipation can cause chronic bad breath. Drinking eight glasses of water and eating fiber-rich foods like fruits, oats and bran, whole-wheat bread, beans and lentils and vegetables like carrots and peas can help promote good digestion. If you also have apple cider vinegar in the house, try drinking a teaspoon before meals to reduce digestive disorders. You need to brusha nd flase after every meal. You can youse regular bakingsoda to brush with.Make it a practice to eat some vitamin C-rich foods after meals as a bad breath remedy. :)

If you've tried toothpaste and mouthwash and it still didn't work, it may be time to go to the dentist to have your teeth cleaned. Stains, plaque, and a diseased tooth can be causes of bad breath and only a dentist can fix this. You may also clean your tongue as deposits from food can be a source of oral foulness. If the odor is not tooth or tongue related, then it may be something you ate.
