You don't want to lose muscle weight because you don't want to lose muscle-that weight for your age is good, especially if you have a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't pay attention to what you weigh but how you feel and look.
I wouldn't recommend trying to lose muscle weight. Having muscles helps to burn fat. If you are concerned about having muscle bulk you could try exercise that helps tone muscles without adding bulk, like Pilates.
