People used to accept periods of feeling low - they called it the Blues. Everyday isn't a laugh riot, and all a doctor's gonna do is give you drugs to mask your feelings. Some people just need to have a doctor kick their butt and tell them to lighten-up and do something to make someone else happy instead of focusing on themselves so much. I may be wrong about you, but this is what someone else may need to hear. Practicing some gratitude for all the good things we have is sorely missing these days.
