How can i tell if a low voltage light is receiving power? Is there a line tester that will detect the power level?

Only one of my landscape lights is not functioning. I replaced the bulb with no effect. All the other lights on that circuit are working. 12v low voltage.

There is usually a tester that you can use to detect if power is flowing through an object. You should therefore get a bulb that consumes the power according to the power output.
