The Metropolitan or Municipal General Sessions Court of Nashville in Davidson County is actually situated at the latest or new Justice A.A. Birch Building. It is located on 408 2nd Avenue North Street. This court hears civil, felony, misdemeanor, environmental, traffic and metropolitan ordinance violations.
