Curse you and your quick-typing-fingers!! I was gonna say that.

It's just my quick typing thumb...which isn't very quick at all!

That's even worse - you text with your thumb faster than I type at a keyboard using all ten fingers? I feel like such a troglodyte. :(

I couldn't even type that word with my thumb...

About $8.50 with the weak dollar right now, I'll give you $9 for it.

It's only worth the faith we have in the system. Money itself is totally worthless. People make money as their job for cryin outloud. It is only worth ten dollArs, whatever that means :)

Here is what the Inflation Calculator <http://www.westegg.com/inflation/>; has to say:

What cost $10 in 1989 would cost $17.36 in 2010.

Also, if you were to buy exactly the same products in 2010 and 1989, they would cost you $10 and $5.59 respectively.

Money's value is determined on a lot of things. Back in 1989, it could've bought a lot more, but it's still only $10 dollars. A lit if factors go into, the economy of a country, ect
