The best thing to do is to know that your not the only one out there dealing with this. I have been in several breakups and I found the best thing to do is not cry over it and not stress over it. You will soon find a better person for your self. Just remember that you are not alone and that there is someone out there for you.
You can manage to deal with a break up by first accepting that it is over. Spend your time doing the things you like and spend time with your family members. You should be patient with yourself and stay positive.
talk to that person and tell them how you really feel and see if its still worth the fight and if not just leave that person be. the best thing to do is give that person space and go think of other things to do
