Maybe you might find it comforting to know that nearly all of us go through these kinds of feelings from time to time. It’s part of being human. The important thing to remember, that God is with us! Although our emotions change from day to day, His love for us is the same yesterday, today, and forever. You'll discover that His promise that He ..." will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5) is true. In the time I've worked with Focus on the Family, I'm aware that they have counselors that are very helpful and caring. You can also ask one of them for more specific suggestions, if you prefer one-on-one help. Their phone number is 1-855-771-HELP.
The best thing is to first try and understand why you feel empty. It could be as a result of not accomplishing something that you have always wanted to do or just because you feel you lack something. Try and achieve your goals and try to engage yourself in activities that will make you feel good about yourself.
Well, you should talk to my best friend. Everytime I see him, that feeling goes away for a long time. :) But if you can't, try talking to a friend or a guy that makes it all go away ( STOP. not in a dirty way)
