Is being 14-15 years old, 5'6 (5feet and 6inches) tall and weighing 110lbs healthy?

The ideal weight for a 14 year old who is 5'6 is 140 so at 110 albs I think you need to eat more. You should try and increase your calories intake in order to acquire the desired weight. Thats really skinny. Maybe try some nutritional shakes, (Boost,Ensure), IN ADDITION TO your meals-- and make sure u are eating enough period(3 full meals a day n 2 snacks). Good luck! :)
