Is to much exercise a day bad for you

I play baseball soccer hockey and I'm in track so I'm always running and getting excercise Is this bad for me

Too much exercise can be bad for you... It can lower your heart rate, and you can get sick. But, if you exercise less, your heart rate will be high and you will just get weaker and sicker. I used to do track =) From what I've tasted of desire, it shouldnt be. Is singing for 3 hours straight everyday bad for you? It shouldnt be, and I hope its not. Be sure to exercise every other day after school (not including your sports) but on the days you dont exercise I would suggest getting out for an hour, it will be healthy anyway, plus eat healthy, and don't forget to drink lots of water it will help. =) Hope this helps

Well, how do you feel? If you were doing things like weights when you directly kill you muscles (in case you didn't know: muscles grow because you tear them on a microscopic level, and then they heal bigger) then yes, overworking would be bad for you. However, if you are just doing those sports (without direct exercise like I said, even if its a warm-up), then your in GREAT shape! Expect a great body that will benefit you for your entire life :P

We'll if it does not seem like to much then no but too much exercise can lead to symptoms like dizziness nausea ligh headedness vomiting even etc so be careful don't push yourself too hard

Lol no problem see I'm not competitive but constantly working out constantly trying to lose weight I went from 202 to 139 but I've suffered some these affects it's awful

@hpugh: Its happened to me too, I was 110lbs, and then I dropped to like 89. It was terrible! But I gained weight and am now back to 110 =)
