I have shoulder-length, dry, frizzy, wavy hair, and straighten it almost every day. What's the best way to get healthy, nourished hair?

I've used countless products but don't know which ones are the best to not only replenish my hair, but also help my hair grow faster (which it doesn't)

Sounds like you need hot oil treatments.

Don't use a buttload of products stick with shampoo and conditioner. Also, consider going on a no poo thing. look it up and it will tell you all about it. but basically it is just when you use only baking soda in your hair because shampoo actually makes excess oils that are unneeded. trust me one day and you can see a huge diffrence. Lastly, when you blow dry your hair use cold air, it takes ten times longer, but it does less damage.

My husband and I love garnier fructice sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner. It helps replenish your hair and keep the frizz down. As for making your hair grow, there are some over the counter herbs you can try. Folic acid is a really good one!
