Gluten rice Crispi's I was thrilled to find gluten free cereal but was sad to find out it had sugar in the cereal

can they make cereal without sugar

There are numerous types of cereals that are sugar and gluten free. Cereals such as Holy Crap and Kashi cereals fall under this category. All you need to do is to visit a local grocery and cereal store and request for the same, but make sure that you confirm from the ingredients if the cereal you will be given falls under this category. yes, readily. but most people are so sweets orientated that they wouldn't eat it and the companies would go broke.sugar only adds sweetness and nothing more. you can make your own by buying your grains in bulk goods stores taking care to watch for gluten and then sweeten with agave syrup if you want to because there is minimal glycemic rise or you can use xilitol for the same reason.

whole foods:) i have a cereal from there and im almost positive it has no sugar also its really good! oh and i know ho you fee, going gluten free is not easy:/
