What are the main items responsible for the national debt in 2009, 2010, 2011?

Some of the issues that led to national debt include loans by people as well as funds spent on the war. The government spent a lot of money in the war and this contributed to the rise in the debt levels. Other causes include health care entitlements and the great recession as well.

people claiming government assistance when they don't need it and therefore not being a productive part of society.
