MineCraft problems help?

strange and annoying things are happening in my MineCraft. (random things are be coming transparent but I can still touch and effect them. my mine cart is screwed up and my mobs are messed up too. the spiders cut in half and the rest are practically invisible) I've tried it with all my texture packs. could I reinstall it but not loose my worlds?

You can reinstall it but you will lose some of your settings. It is actually the best remedy to make the minecraft work again. You can still download your worlds or get them back after reinstalling it. If this does not work, get help from an experienced repairer.

Thx. I was JUST about to uninstall it then I saw "troubleshoot" so I clicked that and it got fixed. would of seen troubleshoot. Btw once it was fixed I saw the BIGGEST slime I've ever seen on here. Big as a village house
