You could have low iron , you have iron in you and if you don't have enough of it you get very tired some foods that give you iron are orange juice. Tuna fish, dried fruits, Luna beans, v8 juice/v8splash . Spinach. Red meats, oatmeal .
Have you considered that you might have sleep apnea? If you snore a lot or/and are overweight, chances are you do. You will stop breathing, are partially awake and it puts you at risk for cardiovascular events. If you have insurance your dr will have you do a sleep study overnight at a sleep lab. If you have it, it can be helped. this is real and you will be exhausted!
