Whats the better method / parelli, clinton Anderson or julie goodnight? whats the difference

im what to have a gental , and reasonable way to train and have a great natural horsman ship relation ship with my horse

Parelli is round pin work, which involves on chasing your horse around with a stick. This is opposed to Clinton Anderson technique, where you tie a horse in a knot and you let your horse move on its own. Julie goodnight is where you have the trainer board on the horse and train it when he/she is on top of it.
