Really stupid question

I have a problem with my iPhone. I've seen here where people mention that others can take their iPhone to the Apple Store for repair. I live in a very small town and I know we don't have an Apple Store within a fifty mile radius of here. when I tried to look up the Apple Store all that comes up is stores that sell actual apples. HELP

cookie. Darn! This is your stupid question? I was expecting something far out and this is legit. Can't you take your phone to your service provider? Is it under warranty or insured? What is the problem? I go to the local Verizon office, but I haven't yet had a major problem with my phone. Now, I expect a really, really dumb question next time.

Sorry to disappoint. I'll try to come up with a more absurd question next time!

Something to think about... The dumbest question in the world is the one that doesn't get asked.

It depends with your location. To know if the place you are located in has an Apple store, visit the store locator and search on the site at http://www.apple.com/buy/locator/. It will list the entire Apple stores near you.

Try a search for "Apple authorized service provider". Those are repair places that are approved to do the same type of repairs as Apple Stores. They might take longer sometimes, but they do free work for items that are covered by warranty.

I live on Kodiak island and there's sure no apple store here but like Joannie said I take any problems I have to the service provider first.

Try the apple support link below. If your device is down, you need to do it from your pc.You can even navigate to a forum so you can get help and ideas from other iPhone owners. I hope you get it fixed. http://www.apple.com/support/
