How do i tell a pearson i dont want to be their friend because they dont get the message when i ignore them?

Try being straightforward. Say "hey I appreciate you wanna be my friend and every thing but..." then you state your reason you don't wanna be friends, assuming you have one.

I'm sorry you feel this way about this person.
Perhaps you should give him/her a note saying how you feel and explain why.
