Why are my top 2 ab's bigger than my others?
I'm 16 and currently sitting around 71 kg. I was 84, i dropped all my weight from not eating. but anyway i have been doing an ab workout for around a month and have noticed that my top 2 abs are there (you can feel them) and then i have no other abs. Could someone suggest some workouts that i can do to get a full 6 pack? thanks alot
