I've had brain surgery twice, twice on my torso, and once on my thumb People that make it to be surgeons are absolutely meant to be surgeons, it will be fine, if knowing that doesn't calm you down watch a good movie to help take your mind off of it
Ask your parents to buy you one of those kush ball thingies so you can squeeze it. Also, music is well known for calming you down. .............................................................. Hope this helped!!! ---Cary

David, you know how much I care for you, your like a younger brother to me. Don't be scared, I will pray every day (I already do, but more often). You are going to be fine, you will make it through the surgery fine, you are a very strong person. Don't forget that! You will be just fine, you don't have to be scared!! Good luck my little bro! =)) -<3- Your older (non-biological) sister, Alilah =) (Oh, and what you can try doing is reading sports magazines, play sports video games on a game console, not something you have to hook up to the TV, umm listen to your favorite music, and uh... well that's all I got. =l )
Aw I'm sorry you have to go through that I hope all goes well the best thing to do is talk to friends keep your mind off of it until them know things will be fine because I'm sure they will do things you enjoy or hobbies that calm your nerves for me that's drawing and exercising listening to music etc but good luck hun
