The book of John references his miracles as "signs" (evidence) of Jesus being who he said he was. According to John, Jesus said "ego eimi" (I am I AM) twice, shocking his audience at the claim that he was YHWH.
Well the Romans crucified him, and made sure he was dead by stabbing him in the side. 3 days later he came back alive and there were thousands of witnesses. That's the main way we can know he's the son of God.

I believe jesus was just symbolic and not divine, he claimed to be the son if god not god himself. dont think he was divine because aren't you the son of god along with the rest of people. And the writting style of biblical times was abstract like: he cut the salmon in half abstract:"he multiplied the fish" he was a graceful swimmer abstract:"he walked on water"
Ummmm...God Himself says several times in the Bible that Christ is His Son. There are also many verses that show them as One. The one i recall best is John 1:1-2. In the beginning was the Word (Christ) and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.
please read john chapter 3.. bottom line he can't be God and pray to yourself... think... IF, IF, IF he Jesus died ... and was really dead.. he could not have raised himself... think.... he said i came to do the will of he who sent me... so he sent himself .. think....Jesus never said he was Jehovah God... Psalms 83:18 kjv
The father, the son and the holy ghost are one person. It's amazing and kind of hard to believe since Jesus walked on earth but still his father strengthened him from heaven. But with God anything is possible! :)
Jesus did many things that only God could do. He brought people back from the dead, he made the blind see, and he himself came back from the grave after three days. None of these miracles, that completely defied all natural laws, were done in secret. He did them in front of anywhere from dozens, to thousands of people. So yes, Jesus had more than enough evidence to support his claim that he and God were one. What's more is that there were over 300 prophecies made about Jesus over a time span of around 2,000 years; every single on of these became true, and many people were witness to these. Jesus was the son of God. He and God were one.
Believing that Jesus was the Son of God is not blind faith (that is, faith opposed to reason or without reason). True, we can't fully "see" from reason alone that Christ is the Son of God, but this does not make faith in such things unreasonable. True faith is super-rational (above reason), not irrational (against reason). In fact, it is the alternative expressions of Jesus' identity (that He was a a Liar, a Lunatic, or a Guru) that require blind faith. The truth of our faith hinges on the identity of Jesus Christ, who founded it. Was He who He said He was? When considering this question, 1) He was a liar, 2) He was a lunatic, 3) He was a guru, 4) He was Lord. Let me try to succinctly point out that He had to be God and Lord. To begin, Jesus clearly indicated that He was God and accepted the worship due God in several places in Scripture. He performed dozens of recorded miracles to substantiate His claim, including walking on water, feeding the five-thousand with just five loaves of bread and two fish, and raising people from the dead. (My answer continues in the comments)
He's God cuz of the miracles he performed, His ability to forgive sins, and His resurrection from the dead. No man has ever walked on this earth who spoke with such authority and wisdom as He did. A human would never go and die willingly on a cross (which was the worst capital punishment ever invented). And then He rose from the dead. Many don't believe that, but if a dead man is missing from a Roman-guarded tomb and was later seen by more than one hundred people, that probably means He's God. Yes, Jesus claimed to be the Son of God, but for complicated reasons He's also God. Being part of the Trinity means that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one. I know, it's complicating like I said. I believe we humans aren't intellegent enough to understand God, so we don't....

Strwbrygrl!! Show me anywhere in the Bible where Jesus said He was God. If Jesus is God, then WHO resurrected Jesus? Why is He at the right hand of God? Why did Jesus say "my Father is Greater than I" and "there is none good but one, and that is God"? Why does Jesus even call Him Father if Jesus IS God? I could go on and on. I know, John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." This is Before God spoke. Jesus was not Jesus until born in the flesh. He spoke of the "glory" He had with the Father Before the world was. All things were created through the spoken Word. Jesus was that Word. He was God before God spoke. He became the Word when God spoke. That Word was made manifest IN the Flesh as Jesus, as God's SON, not as God Himself. Jesus said Himself He was the Son of God, not God incarnated as Jesus. That's so much in the Christian myth category, leftovers from the old Roman Church. They were wrong about a lot of things. . Oh hey, did you ask that because YOU couldn't find where it says Jesus claimed to be God? Well, to answer your question (finally), no, there is no evidence He ever claimed to be God.
Jesus NEVER SAID he is GOD.HE just said you follow him and you can go to heaven. But think of it,why would he said that?Even if you have killed somebody or rape someone but you still believe in Jesus will you still go to heaven?IF this is justice then everyone will do more crimes and still go to heaven. And ask yourself what is the meaning of GOD to you.
John 10:30 I and the Father are one. 38.But if I do it,even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me,and I in the Father.John 1:1 Im tje beginning was the Word, amd the Word was with God,and THE WORD WAS GOD.HE WAS WITH GID IB THE BEGINNING.That is proof that He IS GOD.And Jesus is Gods son,not a partner etc.God is Almighty bcuz He is Jesus!THE MASSIAH YAY 4 JESUS
