All your teeth? Yikes! I had one tooth extracted a couple months ago and that was enough for me. The oral surgeon sent me home with some small gauze pads that I was told to fold and gently press into the gap where the tooth was. It took several hours, but the bleeding did finally stop. Had to change the pad out several times. And then had to avoid using straws and certain foods for a few days; no popcorn for a month.
Put enough gauze on the spots so you can bite down to put pressure on the bloody areas. Get ice packs to put on your jaws. Lie down with your head propped on 2-3 pillows. Don't check for at least 30 min. I hope you feel better soon. If not, I'd have your doctor test you for a bleeding disorder called Von Willebrands disease. It's quite common, but usually isn't discovered unless the sufferer has nosebleed problems, excessive bleeding from surgery, or hemorrhaging from giving birth.
