P.S.... Thanks for the info... with my family's history, I should have known this already! I will be much more diligent about wearing my sunglasses in the future; I just wish I had known earlier!

UV damage is also the leading cause of skin cancer and causes premature aging of the skin.

Ultraviolet rays are wavelengths that cannot be seen with our naked eyes with the sun being the main source. Skin cells are easily damaged by UV rays and can cause a high cancer risk to individuals exposed to the ultraviolet rays for long. Read more details at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultraviolet.
