First off, you need to figure out how you learn best. Some people can hear the info, and they have it. Some need to see the info, like in a book or on a chalkboard. Some people are hands on learners and have to actually be engaged in putting the info to use, in order to effectively learn it. Figure out which method works best for you, and then make a sort of game out of the material using the learning method that suits you.

Have someone drive you through some bad areas, maybe some trailer parks, by some factories, and imagine a future with no education.

If you think of it as studying -- as a chore -- of course you will hate it. If, on the other hand, you think of it as learning and gaining valuable knowledge which will serve as the building blocks on which you start you future, you may have a different attitude toward it. I loathe studying... but I LOVE learning. There is a huge difference.

When studying i use to try to make songs out of the little things and I would sing it over and over until I memorized it so when the test comes I can just replay it in my head. But what ever you really like try to fit that into school work it will make it easier and fun.. Hopefully:)

Studying IS a drag. It would be great if we could learn without having to worry about passing tests, but that's just not the way it is. School is preparation for real life. Someday you'll have a job, and you'll have to demonstrate that you know what you're doing to keep it. There are two choices: study now to get a good job and a better life, or don't study now and for the rest of your life work at awful jobs for those who did study.
