75 times sit up in the morning then po in the toilet before you have meal. then at night another 75 times sit up believed me you abs will be flat.don't drink coke drink lots of water.it takes 2 months the results depends how fat you are.
upside down pushups....against a wall. but by far the best I have done is what I learned while training in ninjutsu. My shidoshi would throw my legs at the ground and I would have to stop my legs before they hit the ground, and then while keeping them stright - kick them up at his head. and then he'd throw them back down as hard as he could...I was ripped within 2 weeks.
Wow! A lot of bad advice there. The guy that said abs are made in the kitchen was the closest to correct. You need to eat a regular healthy diet and u need to do some exercise. The absolute fatest way to lose fat is not necessarily the safest but lots and lots of cardio exercises are best for burning fat. Your abs are there, u just cant see them. A proper all around exercise program with cardio, weights and a proper diet would be the correct way to get your abs to show though. It takes work and dedication, sorry it's not easy.
