9 months pregnant and im nauseous and have cramps in the top of my tummy

what does this mean?

Nausea and cramps during 9 months pregnancy could be a sign of labor. It is the body's way of alerting and preparing you for the birth of the new baby. When you notice such signs, let your doctor know straight away.

Maybe labor is slowly starting.

It could be numerous of things! It could be labor pains, the baby moving around, or/ something you ate that the baby didn't agree with.
