My boyfriend won't kiss me I need help

my boyfriend came to my house yesterday and so did my BFF/cousin and her bother and my brother was also here and we were all playing truth or dare and he got dared to kiss me and he wouldn't should I be worried I'm 13 by the way

Your 13. Just chill for now, My boyfriend and I were dating for almost two years before we kissed, I'm almost 14. Have you guys kissed before? If not, then he probably just wants it to be something special, and not something everyone is staring at

Try asking him . or maybe he's just nervous !! but only if you guys never kissed before but if you guys did then try asking him.

Most guys don't like to kiss their girlfriends or just kiss in front of a group of people.
They would rather be kissed in front of less people.
Don't worry about it. You're only 13.
Ask him if you are really concerned :)
