Partners are advised not to have sex while still under treatment for Chlamydia. Chlamydia infections can progress to serious reproductive and other health problems with both short-term and long-term consequences if not well treated. Partners should therefore visit the doctor for advice on when to resume sexual relations.
You really shouldn't. Because each of you may be in a different phase of the disease and therefore, in a different stage of the treatment, the chance of you re-infecting one another is too great. You should wait until you have been medically cleared by your doctor.
