How can I relieve stress and severe anger in a 'healthy' way?
I have a lot of things going on in my life right now, I don't feel comfortable saying it on here and I don't want sympathy, but my vice principle is defiantly not helping, at all. I get in trouble for the littlest things at school and I try to explain my story and she tells me to stop talking. (I don't interupt her). so how can I relieve my anger without harming someone.
