While bullying doesn’t cause suicide, a stressful environment and persistent, emotional victimization can increase a person’s risk of suicide. Together, we can create awareness about the dangers of bullying and give emotional support to those who may be contemplating suicide. If you or someone you know is in an emotional distress or suicidal crisis, please call the Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
The best thing is to be your own person. Do not put much thought into what people think or treat you. The thing is you will never please everyone in life so live it as you want. Do what please you and not anyone else.
everyone belongs somewhere. if everyones made, do the opposite be happy, you need to find your group. people are pretty depressed these days, and mabye you just happen to live in a area like that, boredom is a main cause of well everything, keep yourself occupied, and hang out with people that are busy.
The best piece of advice I ever got was "Politicians are considered unusually popular if half of the population likes them, why should you try to make everyone like you if highly trained in people skills politicians can't even make half like them?" Or something like that.
Life always not as what we think. Don't feel bad about people treating you that way your life is more important to you than anything else. Just be yourself live with love and compassion everything will change.
Don't kill yourself!! People are probably mad at themselves or a rumor may be spreading about you. Ask them why they are being unkind to you. DON'T KILL YOURSELF!! A friend of my dad's was getting into a divorce-like situation and his wife was taking the kids, so he had his family exit the house and then he blew it up while he was inside. ) :
I would like to know how old you are...You have blood in your veins and a heart that beats. Your life is precious...Ignore those who are making you feel this way. You will gain strength from it. Please don't harm yourself, by ignoring them you are the winner.
Get involved in other activities with people that share the same interests as you. Do some volunteer work, it is a great way to meet new friends. get out of yourself and only you can heal yourself. You can make a positive impact in this crazy world and that will never be accomplished if you take the easy way out and kill yourself.
Get some help, now! Thoughts of harming yourself are an indication of an emotional disease called depression. It's a natural outcome of living in a society as insane and as mentally unhealthy as ours. What kind of help? Have your parents or some other trustworthy adult take you to a doctor or public health clinic and go from there. There is help available. Seek it now. Good luck.
i've had days or even weeks where i thought everyone was against me. it happens to everyone. its impossible to please everyone, so just please yourself. start thinking outside your own box, get involved with volunteer work. it will made you feel so much better about yourself, when you can see that you are needed by someone who appreciates your kindness.
