There are some free counseling websites. Some people have excellent instincts on helping people and right here on ask you may want to put a bit out there to see what responses you can get on some of your problems. There are lots of good people here who have positive outlooks and vast experiences that you may find helpful .

Some hotlines in which you may find calls include contactsyracuse.org and hotlinecounseling.com. They offer chatting on small and big problems where everything is confidential. Again, they are 24 hours a day and some of them can be free.

I am glad you are seeking help..You can call 911 also as this is a medical issue. They will have names /organizations that can help you also.
One day at a time.We all have been there at one point or another. Have faith..prayer is powerful. God bless..
