What type of energy drink/bar should i use?

I want something that isn't at all extreme, but will help my me run for a while without too much boost. Is there a gummy or drink I should have before/during while I run?

You should use an energy drink that will help you to stay hydrated and maintain carbohydrates in the body that will increase the energy levels.
