The fastest way to dry your nail polish is by the use of blow dryer. When using the blow dryer, ensure that you keep it at cool setting so your nail polish dries for around 5 minutes or less. I use a quick dry top coat, and a blow dryer. this usually takes 2 minutes tops!

run cold water on your nails they dry in 5minutes

Having your nail polish dry faster depends on how thick of a coat you have applied.
Apply the first coat really light,2nd coat should be light also. Also let each coat dry first before applying the 2nd coat, now finish it off with a clear.
