What age should a boy start kissing his girlfriend?

im 13 and i really hate getting yelled at for kissing i need proof that i should be able to kiss my girlfriend if i want to.

There is no legal age for kissing because at the age of 13, you are allowed to date. I think your parents yell at you because they do not trust you. I would advice you to talk to them and reassure them that you will not go beyond a kiss.

But they do trust me ive been home alone with two girls in a hotub

14-16 but definitely not any younger
