How informal qualifications of r house membership?

how informal qualifications for house membership might vary in rural areas versus urban areas within the same state in different states or regions and at different times in history???

can anyone help me please i really need the answer :)

In the rural areas, most of the representatives are informally required to live in the district they represent unlike urban areas where it's not as important. However, constitutionally representatives are not required to live in the district they represent.
