try taking deep breaths. also stretch your back and neck by putting your arms behind your back, clasping your hands together, bend halfway down while pulling your arms up as high as you can while hands are still clasped. this releases tension in your neck, improves circulation in your brain, and resets the nerves in your neck. it will also help your feel more alert and focused.
