When is something minute?

When it is very, very tiny. Such things are often also referred to as miniscule.

When something is done with no delay; prepared in a very short time.
Or when something is a minor occurence; then it would be a minute event; or an extremely small object, synonyms could be minor, puny, miniscule, runt etc. etc. (minute with a long "u" would be the second definition.)
