Do you also get extraordinarily happy over little things? Some people just seem to like to have a lot of drama in their lives and, if the drama doesn't happen by itself, they make the drama by being overly emotional about every little thing. Doesn't necessarily mean it's bad to do this, unless it's disruptive to your life and/or you don't like it.
all in one day crying, happy, pissed, crying, shouting, sorry, guilty,...etc all in one day yes thats pretty bipolar, lithium helped myself and people in my family....go see a dr. to get properly diagnosed and treated.....life will be alot less chaotic, and you will be a lot closer to stable.
I have been diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder. To the best of my understanding, it can either be a family trait, e.g your mother or grand parent had it, or it can be a learned trait e.g. you have a step parent who has it. Either way, there are "triggers" that set you off. If you are simply feeling ups and downs I would not say you are Bi-polar, but if there are certain things that make you upset and ruin your whole day, then maybe. A typical Bi-polar person will feel extremely happy (high), right before crashing (low). What goes up, must come down.
In order to have bipolar, you need at least a couple days of mania. Mania is where you feel like you're on top of the world and nothing can get you down. You don't feel the need to sleep or slow down at all. The only way to know if you have bipolar for sure is to see a psychologist.
