If you are allergic to bee stings can you eat honey

but bee careful I'm allergic to bee pollen and that is in the honey.......so make sure you don't have a reaction before you eat a bunch....

Maybe. you could still be allergic to honey as people with allergies usually have more than one, but those two allergies are not related.

There are people that are allergic to honey. Not because they are allergic to a bee sting.
Also, never feed babies honey, they cannot break down honey in their digestive system. It may cause very bad GI problems even death.
See your Doctor to test for allergies before experimenting.

It's possible you could be allergic to honey but that would be entirely separate from the allergy to bee stings. Being allergic to bees doesn't make you allergic to honey.
