If i delete the data's by using SHFT+Del,its possible to recover the file?

I have videos in my hard disk but my hard disk its repaired when i gave to service they said its not possible to recover.

In this situation ,the only way is to recover data with professional software, because your SHIFT+Del is deleted permanently and will not appear at the recycle bin,so the only way is recover.
